Nelson was great to work with and did a great job staining our deck and balcony and repairing our fence. He made his team available immediately and finished more quickly than predicted. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Nelson Ponce and the ICS teams on my kitchen installation project. The project included removal of old kitchen in the back of the house. Installation of the new kitchen in the former dining room- involved taking out a wall, installing cabinets and island,refinishing wood floors, replacing floor joists under the old kitchen space and installing a half bath and breakfast room including floor tile. Plumbing + electric had to be upgraded. Crown molding & recessed lighting were installed. Also the removal of siding and resurfacing with stucco on the back of house shell. We hired Nelson and ICS to build a 2-story addition to our house and renovate the upstairs master bath and closet connected to the addition. Part of the upstairs renovation included a laundry room. The addition added about 300 gsf of finished space and the reno impacted part of our kitchen as well. ICS did a great job and completed everything to our satisfaction. ICS was thorough and respectful and Nelson worked with us when we made a change on the scope/finishes with costs and schedule. Halfway through the project we decided to replace our entire roof and siding, and we hired Nelson and ICS to manage that as well. Nelson was always prompt and accessible by phone, which was very important to us. We highly recommend ICS and will definitely hire them again for our next project.

Nelson solved a big retaining wall issue in our house. He was professional, patient and so attentive through many delays with permits and city offices. A truly outstanding person.
