We have a condo in the Ft Lauderdale area that badly needed a kitchen and flooring renovation. It was a very small condo kitchen that felt very closed in with old, out dated design. We wanted a more open and functional kitchen. We don't live in Ft Lauderdale full time. Our residence is in Atlanta, GA, so this was going to be a long distance renovation with minimal overseeing of the project on our part. We talked with three contractors and decided to go with Innovative Design Build. We initially talked with Brian who is over field operations. Their quote was in the middle and their ideas were more in-line with what we expected, so they got our business. IDB renovated my kitchen. It was a great process all around. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but working with the Tiffany, the designer, was a big help in clarifying my choices and options. The work was done over the summer while I was out of town. I was kept apprised of developments throughout the process and snags were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The finished product exceeded my expectations. The first time my housekeeper cleaned the kitchen she remarked on how seamlessly all the parts of the new kitchen fit together--and she's seen a lot of kitchens! The team worked almost every day over 5 months and cared that I was happy with the work. I started with a more limited scope of work and expanded during the construction period, and they were very responsive to the requested changes. My experience was very favorable compared to friends who had their contract drawn out.

We have worked with Innovative Design Build on countless projects together throughout the years and have to say that their attention to detail, professionalism and craftsmanship are second to none. Rick, Brian and Tiffany really are a dream team when it comes to creating beautiful spaces on time and compliant with budgets. We wouldn't recommend anyone else to get the job done right!
