I went there for delivery. Appointment is needed. The lady working was really nice as my despatch had botched up appointment booking. She worked me in. I have seen trucks moving in and out really fast. As i had load that needed to be unloaded with hands. It took around hour and half.

It is super easy working with IE and their team. Jonathon and Whitney, the owners, are truly “people first” and work closely with their customers and clients to ensure a quality product, smooth ordering process, and are very transparent with how they do business. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Keep on listening to Denise and her lies and everything. That’s why the place doesn’t progress and that’s why people leave out of here because of the way you treat us. Good luck! 😒 since I guess communicating and just showing people the right way to do things is not is not in your guys mind is just better getting rid of people and letting a supervisor make us feel dumb and with no value just because we messed up.

I have been dealing with Innovative for years. My questions are always answered, my special requests are handled efficiently, deliveries are very prompt and pricing is very competitive. I just wish all my suppliers were like them!
