We were so lucky to choose Jeff and Innovative Movers - they did a great job for us. Jeff visited our house prior to the move and provided estimates for packing and moving all of our stuff as well as an estimate if we did the packing and moved some stuff. Ultimately, he charged a fair hourly rate for his crew and mileage. His crew packed our belongings securely and moved all the items without any damage. The crew was careful and good natured during the move.

This was my first time ever using a moving company for I usually do it all myself. I am so impressed by Jeff and his team, they are amazing! The absolute best!!! We are a military family, so I had to solo move with 2 kids. The crew went above and beyond to make it a smooth experience for me. They were so considerate in so many ways- they didn’t even wake my baby up from a nap in the 3 moving days, without having to ask things like my coffee machine, beds, WiFi router, cleaning supplies and other necessities were not touched until the very end of packing, they made special accommodations to get my chest freezer full of my baby’s breast milk to the new location without any of it melting. Not only did everything make it safe and sound, I felt like the crew was apart of my family! Amazing people! I cannot recommend them enough!
