Loew's Contracting and Renovation

We worked with Loew’s Contracting to install our bathroom vinyl flooring. Matt was great to work with. He was quick to respond and informative about what to expect. Communication is key, and I really appreciated the excellent communication. The quality of his work is great! We are very happy with our new floors!

I didn't want to leave this review & will change/remove it if the company responds professionally. They replaced my subfloor and installed vinyl laminate in my kitchen. It looks wonderful. There are some unlevel areas but I have an old house and didn't expect perfection. The problem is that they cut my water line, didn't know how to shut off the water that was flooding my entire kitchen, and then repaired it poorly. A few weeks later I lost water pressure and we had to repatch the line. I had a $200 balance remaining but they sent me a bill for $450 (!?). I explained that we had to redo the water line they cut so I thought it was fair to call it even. They replied with a laughing emoji. Contacted Matt on Friday, Monday he brought samples and decided on color, Wednesday he had floor installed! Now don't expect quite that speedy of a turn around as the timing was PERFECT on my end! I will bring this guy back for my flooring needs as he has alot of knowledge and he isn't afraid to share it with the customer! As I told him while he was here, I'm 110% for small business and honest work equals honest wages! Indeed he agreed.

I can't say enough good things about my experience hiring Matt to re-do the vinyl plank flooring in my great room. Not only was he professional, smart, creative and good humored, his workmanship was top notch. He was fast and efficient but he also went the extra mile. The flooring that had been previously installed in the room was unsightly and poor quality but now the room looks amazing! I will definitely hire Matt again!
