Innovative Presentations

We used Innovative Presentations on the USS MIDWAY for a 700+ event they did an amazing job! Super flexible and creative with sound and visual needs. I started my chat with Jason months before the event and he was extremely patient and understanding. He and his team were happy to do a pre-event call with the clients comm’s team to determine the best plan and we did a walk through the day before the event and were able to make some additions that we forgot. Day of we had no issues and even though one of our presenters showed up late, the AV team helped us fill time and do what was needed to make the show go off perfectly. We also hosted an afterparty on the hanger deck and the lighting and dj equipment were a perfect fit for our dj that was flown in and couldn’t bring his own. Jason from AV

Our company held a program at the San Diego Kona Kai Resort, and Innovative Presentations provided Audio visual-tech needs to execute a flawless hybrid meeting - simultaneously in the hotel conference room and broadcasting out to our remote attendees in other cities. Their staff always anticipated our needs and provided guidance to make the program even better than we hoped for. We will be contacting Innovative Presentations to handle the AV needs for our future meetings around San Diego and throughout CA as well!!
