Another happy customer! We interviewed 10 contractors prior to deciding on Innovative Roofing ( IR). And I am so glad we choose them. Anthony ( the owner) came for the estimate and right away gave us the best price out of previous 9 contractors. Everything was transparent and clear. The permit and HOA approval was handled by a nice lady from the IR, we didn’t lift a finger. Once the permit was obtained, the removal of the old roof and installation of new was under way. I honestly expected a lot of damage during the removal of the old roof, but to my surprise we had really minor little damage which was fixed right after. The overall process after permit was under two weeks. Every person who came from IR was courteous, professional and respectful of our property. I HIGHLY recommend this comp
