We rely on IIS to startup and shutdown our home irrigation for the past 4 years. It's always a great service, but today they impressed me even more: After spring startup the tech walked the whole yard and found a few broken drip lines. Without bothering me they immediately fixed all the breaks and sent me a bill for $41. Since I was away at the time I was especially grateful.

Innovative Irrigation Specialist installed a hunter system at my home. I was satisfied with John explaining what I needed and his crew with the installation. I have them do the startup ,which they check the system is working right . Coming back mid summer and check . Then, in the fall for winterizing.

We use John and his crew for all of our Installs and Spring/Fall blow outs. I own a Landscape and Lawn company and him and his crew are always respectful to our clients and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend using these guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

John and his crew installed an irrigation system at my house on 7/5/23. I definitely got 100% coverage as promised despite some odd shapes with my lawn to deal with. A month later after lots of watering and lots of seed I may have the best looking lawn on the block! It's so cool to fire up a zone with a few taps on your phone vs going out and dragging a hose and figuring out the sprinkler placement so it doesn't waste too much water. He was very responsive and the warranty is great if you also hire them for season startup/shutdown. Everything is working great and I'm very happy - Thank you all!

We bought a new house where John performed annual irrigation maintenance so we called and made our start up appointment. John came on time but soon he realized that he wasn’t just dealing with the spring start up but an actual full repair due to Excel cutting major lines to the system. John grabbed a shovel and started digging, he worked non-stop for over three hours, repairing and fixing and even calling his supplier asking them to bring additional parts to our house. We were so grateful for his work and the time that he took (probably missing his next appointment....so sorry to the next client) to repair our system!!!
