Had a personal deal, lost a family pet of 15+ years, had to put her down, needed help with hole, in my yard. I recently bought a new Angle home. The house is wonderful. The landscaping job was terrible. They didn’t even level or even move dirt around in my front yard before they laid plastic over the mounds and the ruts left by tractors. You would think a landscaping contractor in a new subdivision would know that they have to fix the ground before they put their Plastic and rocks. They had a cat drawing where my plant and rocks should go. Nothing within 4 feet of a utility box with the rocks being in the closest. The plant was 18 inches. So it fell in a sink hole. They didn’t even fill in the dirt around the utility boxes Front yard they just filled it in with landscaping rock. Some spots were 14 inches deep. Some spots are 6 inches deep most spots are 1 1/2 to 2 inches deep. And I’m the only ho

I bought a brand new angle home, this company did the landscaping. My yard has flooded multiple times. They say the cone out, but never caught on my cameras and the problem has not been fixed in 8 months. They tell me there is nothing wrong although I have proof of flooding. Poor customers service and lack of knowledge.

I am writing this review because I am very happy with the work done on my property. Innovative's owner, Keith, and his employees have done excellent work on my property. I had both the front yard and the back yard covered with gravel and had scrubs and trees planted in both yards. My front yard needed a trench to be made on one side to keep water flowing out from my backyard. Keith fixed this when he did work on my backyard which was much appreciated. I was not asked to do a review, but, wanted to let everyone know what a great job that they have done on my place. Thank you Keith and Marci for her help in the Innovative Office .
