Innovista Parking

This is a terrible parking garage. Turns are tight, even if you drive a smaller vehicle. If you try to go slow around the corners (to avoid hitting oncoming traffic,) the college kids will honk at you impatiently. If it had one-way ramps it'd be better. I've been in better parking garages in Columbia for sure. I'll avoid this one in the future. Also it was 1.00 to park for about 20 minutes, which isn't too big of a deal but parking meters are definitely cheaper (if you can swing them).

Students constantly park in the Faculty and Staff parking spaces that are clearly marked! THIS IS NOT WHAT I'M PAYING FOR!!!! DO YOUR DAMN JOB AND MONITOR THIS AREA!!!!! Pics of in school and student break attached - you can see when student break - parking is available - DO YOUR DAMN JOB!!!!

Although the parking garage is clean and spots are readily available, the monitoring of the faculty vs. Innovista employee parking vs. the student parking is non-existent. I have been parking here for 3 years, and I have never once seen these signs enforced. Additionally, the lack of staff or general security within the parking garage is abysmal. In fact, my co-worker, who has been parking here for quite some time, came out to find the lug nuts removed from one of his tires in an attempt to steal said tire. Typically, I would give such a place a 3-star review; however, due to the consistently poor customer service I received, I will be giving this a 1-star review. Every month, my card would automatically lock, and I have to call the desk to get my card unlocked, so I could enter the parkin

Went there and payed for parking and went to the top level to look out at adjacent areas. When standing close to the edge me and my friend were yelled at by a manager and told we could “get suspended from school”. Did not realize this was a student parking lot. It was not marked and the services section on the online listing say nothing about student use only. The guy who confronted us was very abrasive for no reason. This was today 02/09/2021. I strongly advise whoever runs this particular lot to have a better reign over your staff. Will never use this place again. I’d rather walk then deal with this level of disgusting behavior from the staff.

While I have not had the opportunity to park at this location, I am giving it only three stars because I cannot find any information about rates or long-term possibilities for parking. I am interested in buying a condominium adjacent to this location, and would like to know rate information without having to establish an account. Update: Very responsive manager! Questions answered.
