Jim and his partner did an amazing job as usual on the carpet. Had some pretty tough looking stains that came out but I knew the red wasn’t coming up. Definitely the best carpet cleaner in the Fredericksburg area.

I loved the service that Inside out cleaning provided! They were very punctual and very knowledgeable, they came in and gave me a very good educational session on keeping a carpet clean before they started. Jim and Eli were amazing and hilarious. I let them know that I had a carpet line fetish and got a little OCD when I seen foot prints on the fresh carpet. They made sure not to leave foot prints, well except for Eli leaving 8 footprints on the carpet after using the scotchgaurd LOL. The guys were very professional and still had fun on the job. Definitely will use them again!
