Insight did a thorough and excellent job getting rid of a nasty mouse infestation. Among a half dozen specialists who came to our attic, James from Insight proved best. He is the only person who climbed and crawled through a large remote section of our attic to see the full extent of the mice and show it to us with videos. Talking with James, he knows more about mice than any other specialist. He answered every question (and we asked too many), patiently and professionally, often on nights and weekends. James / Insight’s quote wasn’t the highest or lowest — and some people proposed simpler approaches that would have cost much less — but James’s overall plan gave me the highest degree of confidence that it would totally get rid of the mice and make sure they never come back. Matt did a great job checking all the preset traps and reloading. Pointed out help tips for decreasing the access to the garage. Checkin with me before he left to make sure I didn’t have any other problems. Great service!

Brian did an excellent job!! He toook the time to inspect my traps in which he found a few were 'overbaited' and wouldn't trip to capture a rodent. He also thoroughly inspected (unlike my last technician) around the base of my house (sill) and found a couple of entry points for mice. We have had several days where the temperature has gone down into the single digits and I have not had one mouse trap tripped. He evidently found the points of entry outside and sealed them up. Brian's prefessioanlism and thoroughness were a vast improvement over the last technician and the prrof is no rodent activity for the past three weeks despite cold weather and snow. My tech was awesome. Very courteous and friendly. The company is not the best. The did the bait and switch and forced through an appointment. They offered me a fair priced service plan and sent me another one with a much larger price. When are these companies gonna learn?
