Couldn't be happier. After waiting 48 hours for another HVAC company to come take a look at my Goodman furnace to no avail, but one call to Lavoie and within an hour and a half Dan was on my doorstep. Nicest guy, and he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Without question or hesitation I recommend Lavoie for their great communication, skill and integrity. They get all my future business and should have yours too!

We've used Lavoie heating in the past. Andy was amazing! Returning many times to correct our gas burner board. Today, we weren't getting heat, I called Dan, he arrived in 10 minutes, fixed our relay switch, and it's working even better!!! Great company, great people, great service!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

We needed boiler help on Sunday - right before Fern hit the area - at 4:00 in the morning. We called several companies who either didn’t answer the phone or reply to our texts or told us they could get to us on Monday. I called Lavoie and not only did they return my call within five minutes they were at my house in under an hour. Dan was awesome, helpful, professional and courteous. He solved our problem in no time at all and our heat was on. I can’t say enough positive things! Thanks Dan and Lavoie for showing what true customer service is!

Signed up for service plan, great reasonable rate, proactive scheduling year over year, Joey came in and worked 2-3 times as long as the guy who used to do the job - detailed. Impressed and appreciated! Highly recommend.
