Inspector Plumber

I am happy to share my very positive experience about Inspector Plumber! I was very impressed with the professional introduction on my phone call and the quick timeframe of their arrival. I had a smart toilet installed and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price! I highly recommend them!

We had an after hours plumbing problem. I called the 24 hour number and Michelle returned my call quickly. The next morning Rob came to fix the issue. He let me know when he was on his way and he was so helpful and courteous. i appreciated the upfront pricing quote so there were no surprises and I knew what to plan for. Rob patiently answered all our questions and provided suggestions to avoid future issues. He cleaned up after the job was finished, and was respectful of our home. I have used Inspector Plumber before and I consider them my go-to plumbers.

We had a sewer back up and I asked a retired plumber/pipefitter friend who I should call. He suggested Inspector Plumbing since they were on the union approved list and he had done business with them in the past. It was a Sunday afternoon/evening and I was told what the minimum cost would be. In no time at all. I got a text that Joseph was on his way. Jospeh was awesome. He was super polite and attentive to our situation. Joseph got right to work and didn’t stop until he discovered the issue was actually on the city side of the sewer service. I don’t feel bad about what we spent for it not being our problem because we would not have known if Joseph hadn’t done what he did.

Had a tankless water heater replaced and the team did an excellent job. The original system was ~11 years old, not maintained as well as it should have been, and started having flame/ignition (12) errors and the control quit displaying. Wasn’t sure going into the weekend if we wanted to put money into an old system and wait for parts to be delivered the following week so we decided to have it replaced. Water heater was replaced the same day we made the service call.
