As a homeowner that has been in my opinion ripped off and scammed by other so called contractors i did not have alot of money because of the $38000 debt i got after calling Tiger Plumbing. Trusted the wrong company and was hard for me to trust any more contractors. But i have to say Dave told me from the first call he is very reasonable. Took a little longer from the plumbing Tiger Plumbing did but Dave was upfront and honest about what i needed and the cost. Dave, Tim ,and Derrick all worked very hard and did what i asked and talked about only and told us everything they needed to do. Very happy with them and will be calling them again for other jobs. Apologies to David. This issue was taken care of about four months ago. After several back and forth phone calls David came out and made the proper adjustments to the shower faucet. Will happy to use him on future projects. David and his crew did 3 major projects for me. They replaced a large and dirty picture window with a 5 panel bow window, removed an old tub and installed a nice onyx walk-in shower, and did a new roof on the house and a major roof repair on the garage. I'm mostly happy with the work but the shower faucet is one you can set the temperature to be the same all the time but needs some adjustment. I explained to Dave one day I might have nice hot/warm shower and the next being almost cold before making adjustments. I cannot get the faucet to maintain a consistent

I had contacted Renown Remodeling to see if they could come give a bid on new basement windows. I called on a Friday morning and Dave came out by the end of the day. I then received a call on Monday with information regarding the specialty windows. He came out again on Monday to make sure the windows would be a perfect fit. He was very down to earth and friendly. Looking forward to some new windows in the near future.

The owner, Dave, came and briefly looked over the basement for a remodel quote. We waited for a call to have flooring guy and plumber assess job and never received call back. My husband called several times and waited all week for a call back. If they weren't interested in doing the job a call back would still be helpful. Very unprofessional!

We can't get Dave to return Any of our calls. Will not get the screen for my new window he put in. Very disappointed with him never again.
