The most unprofessional business owners I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They fired a technician for doing a side job on one of the business properties they own. (Our business property to be exact) I had been asking for months to get our electrical fixed, with no success, so I asked an Inspired employee if he’d like to do the work. Unfortunately for both of us, Joe (the owner) refused to allow him to finish the work and ultimately fired him. Our electrical panel caught fire a few weeks later.

Inspired Electric was contracted to install all the electric work in our new home we built in 2011. Any time we wanted to add something it was $1,000. We paid extra for quiet exhaust fans and don't think that's what was installed; they are all very noisy. Additionally, the bathroom lights have started to fall off the walls since old work plastic boxes were used and the plastic ears are breaking off. With new construction, the junction boxes should have been attached to the wall joists or to a wooden cross member. You'd think with a high end home construction we'd have received high quality electrical work. On the positive side, their staff on the job were friendly.

Inspired Electric was quick and efficient to help me with an electrical issue at my rental property. John was available to help the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had a fair price for his services. Will definitely use Inspired Electric again!

This is definitely a top-notch company, that you would like to do business with! They were friendly, kind, organized, and respectful to our needs in making sure that they had given us the right advice possible, to have a 24KW Generac generator installed. Dawn, Surge and other technicians, that visited our home worked well together as a fine oil machine! The price was great, the discounts for military personnel was outstanding, and they will do all that they can, for you to either Finance your new Generac generator or to work with you in paying your generator cost off! Just got my whole house Generac install completed by Inspired Electrical Solutions-I cannot say enough compliments about their professionalism, service, and dedication to excellence. They kept me in the loop throughout the preparation and installation and inspection by the County. They walked me through all the normal and emergency procedures with the generator so that I have complete confidence in operating and monitoring the generator. They even did all the coordination with the propane company to complete the whole installation!
