Installation Services

I have been trying to get a quote and pay for a garage door installation for over a month. Quote provided was not timely. Then after two weeks and numerous emails to make a payment I was told to go to local store or call. So, called, and called and called today. Spent 15 minutes listening to phone ring, but no one home. I have been a customer of Lowes for 11 years in Florida and the service here is non-existent. The building would be a good place to open a hardware store just have to hire employees that actually care about customer. So, if this isn't rectified shortly, guess the Home Depot around the corner is the place to go. Took a photo and included that must be the store I'm dealing with. BTW, I had to use 1 star as negative stars were not offered.
