This company installed a new shower in my home that was leaking through my ceiling less than two years from when they completed their project. At first they denied that it was related to the work they did, but when a 3rd party plumber showed that the leaks was coming through a crack in the grout, the leadership told us that it was our fault due to lack of maintenance. If you think you should have to perform annual maintenance on your shower, or don't mind one that leaks through your ceiling, this is the company for you.
Great experience! I've been using these guys for years on most of my projects.
