Out of 3 companies, they had the best price. The crew arrived early and was finished quickly, communicating along the way. Even showed me the baffles and where they were going to place them. I got blown in insulation to R 49 and I can definitely tell a difference.

They did a residential insulation project on a remodel that was already furnished, etc. The crew was exceptionally neat, clean, did a very careful job, texted when finished with photos and were finished ahead of their schedule and the total cost was actually a bit less than the estimate. Highly recommended.

Just needed a small plastic part that broke in our shower from an installation 3 years ago. Sam went out of his way to get the part, great communication and delivered to my house! Unbelievable.

I used IBP for blown in insulation for my attic. They were a great price and seemed knowledgeable during the bid process. I asked them specifically to put in baffles for my vented roof and they assured me it would be done. They ended up not using baffles and agreed to come and add the baffles without cost. That wasn't a big deal for me. However, On three separate occasions we scheduled a time for them to come out and fix the mistake and I took off work to be there. Three times, they didn't show up and didn't call to cancel. That is what is unacceptable to me. Eventually they did make the fix and did a good job. The manager was very nice and understanding during the whole process, but i would not use them again.

Worst insulation company to deal with crappy job bad communication steer away from this company turn back and run! save yourself the trouble and the money.
