Installers Chimney Sweep

Poor service: I called & made an appt to clean our chimney. On appointment day, no phone call, no show by the worker. When I called the company to inquire if still coming, I was informed " appointment cancelled". I did not cancel, apparently someone on their end did. Also informed me their worker wasn't available. I asked to reschedule for today. They promised an appointment time. I called again asking about their worker. I was informed that appointment was canceled and no new appointment was made. Don't waste your time with this company. I had time off from work & we moved items out of the way for 2 days in a row to get the work done. Very frustrating. Find someone else to do the work.

I called for a chimney/fireplace cleaning estimate and setup an appointment with a 2 hour waiting window. On the day of the appointment, they did not show up and they did not call. I would not recommend doing business with a company like this.
