Insurcomm Restoration

We recently used Insurcomm for mold remediation after we discovered a roof leak that left us with extensive water damage in a room in our house. The Insurcomm team was amazing. They were friendly, professional, and personal. You can tell that they take a great deal of pride in the work they do and want to ensure that you are satisfied every step of the way. I would recommend Insurcomm to anyone in need of water damage cleanup after a roof leak.

Do your homework on this company and walk (better yet, RUN ) away from this company. A quick check of the BBB shows a string of unanswered claims and numerous poor reviews from other customers. New Hampshire is among only a handful of states that does not require a license for construction or renovation projects at the state level so consumers are limited in what they can do to recoup cost of repair for poor work such as the work performed by Insurcomm. I can only hope that posting a negative review detailing our bad experience can possibly help others to seek out other options besides Insurcomm. When a plow damaged my building, I called Jamie who promptly took action and put me in touch with Tom Stevens as a project manager. Tom was out on site the next day and did a great job helping me through the entire process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the whole process very easy. He coordinated with all the appropriate contractors to ensure the project moved along at a timely pace. The final result of the rebuild was fantastic. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and applaud the Insurcomm team for their excellent work!

After fixing a leak in my toilet, I was worried I had a mold on the ceiling. The mitigation company I originally hired cancelled last minute, I contacted Insurcomm. Will came half an hour after we spoke. He was very professional and friendly. He covered everything with plastic and fixed the issue. He is very honest and trust worthy. I will give this company 10 stars, they were above and beyond what I was expecting.
