Cas was awesome. Its winter so I did not want her to dredge through the snow to look at outside buried boxes. She did it anyway. She is also the only one that has actually checked the attic. I didnt think I had anything up there but she git a ladder and went anyway. I have always been happy with your company but cas needs recognition. She was personal able, thorough, and a true asset to your company.

Heard some scratches from behind our living room couch's wall two years ago. Found not only mice but actually bats too. JP came in, did an assessment, timely follow up, and (when there's no snow) keep an eye on the perimeter of the house as well. Just had a check up today after an extended break and zero activity in the traps. So very happy.

The worst of the worst. We have even filed a complaint but they still fail. We have a 3 month old we’ve been dealing with rats for months now. We made an appointment and they just left without doing anything. Then they had another guy come out he wasn’t going to do anything either but was nice enough to put rat bait out. Well he never came back for a check up. My oven dishwasher and possibly fridge have been chewed through. I can’t drink anything with ice in it cause there’s rat fur in it. We have been living in a hotel because it got so bad. Also they were supposed to come out Christmas Eve but they canceled and said Jan. 2nd. We put our own rat traps out and there was blood all over the floor but no rat so it got out and is still actively climbing from underneath our fridge climbing on

JP Pest does an excellent job of managing our pests. It’s not an easy building to deal with as it’s impossible to make it completely rodent proof. JP has been able to keep the rodents at the building perimeter. Our tech Richard is awesome! He has shown so much care and dedication to our account. I would definitely recommend JP Pest to anyone needing help with rodent issues.

Showed up on day they were suppose too. Very nice and polite. Checked everything inside and out. Found nothing. I am so glad. Thank u so much for your service.
