I was initially happy with my first phone call to movers4less but my satisfaction steadily declined with each communication. Their communication is untimely and unprofessional. There was always an excuse for why they didn’t return my message that had to relate to life or business. This is not your customers' problem. Do better. They were less than anyone I shopped around for which was why I went with Movers4less. They were 45 minutes late the day of the move. During the initial phone call I was told the estimate to be sent out was just that, and if I had less items and the move took less time, it would not cost as much. The estimate was for 5 hours and the move took 3 hours but they still billed me for the price of the estimate. All other quotes I received clearly stated less time=less mon

Todd and his crew were absolutely wonderful! They got me out of a huge bind when the prior company I booked with (Your Family Move, LLC) bailed on me the day of the move. Movers 4 Less were absolutely kind, professional and speedy! What could have been a really awful day was saved by the kindness of strangers.
