A remodel that was suppose to take 1 month took 5 months. Very unhappy with the job quality. Contractors were very unorganized and left tools all over the house. They would start one room and then jump to another. They were never on time. If they were late they would want to work into the night while we were trying to live in this junk of a remodel. The floor is popping up ever since they put it down. They did replace the stairs flooring but it does not match the rest of house. They will not return calls. Would like the floor issue fixed

Terrible customer service. No sense of urgency or empathy. Water was off for close to 24 hours and dispatch just said “they added us to the list” mind you I have a wife and 6 month old baby at home. Tried to blame the situation on the tech but we all know how that goes more times than not…Needless to say if you are going to be without water for any extended period of time, look elsewhere; they will just add you to the bottom of the service list. They don’t care. Roderick was great but good luck getting through the dispatch team.
