I had a rat infestation in my attic. Matt E. personally inspected my attic and offered me a reasonable quote and honest opinion. I appreciated Matt for his timeliness and integrity. Would recommend if you have a rat problem.
I originally signed up with this company to Spray for insects. The company sprayed the first time and stated if I see any bugs before the next spray ton contact them and they will come back out and respray. I have had 2 times I have contacted them to respray and each time I was given an excuse. Brian pushed the respray till the 3 month mark so he can charge me for coming back out. Customer service failure totally.
Great service from Brian and his team. Have and them for almost ten years and two houses.
Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable.
