I called Integrity Electrical Contracting of Florida to correct the work of a previous electrician that wired a new swimming pool heat pump. Mathew answered the phone and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Matt arrived on schedule and proceeded to correct the issues within 1 hour. Recently Purchased A Home & Were Looking To Get A Generator Inlet Switch Installed. I Called Multiple Companies To Set Up Estimates, However Matthew Was The Only One To Actually Answer The Phone! He Scheduled Us For The Very Next Day For A Free Estimate and He Showed Up At The Exact Time We Discussed! While Here We He Made Us Feel He Was Knowledgeable In With The Scope Of Work We Were Seeking To Have Done. We Felt Comfortable And Not Pressured At All. His Communication Was Exceptional His Prices Were Spot On With Other Companies We Received Estimates From. We Chose To Move Forward With Integrity Electrical Contracting of Florida. I Made The Call Wednesday To Schedule An Estimate, Matthew Came Out Thursday To Give The Estimate and The Work Was Completed On Monday Afternoon By Their Team! T

Had to update my initial review of 5 stars. I gave Matthew the new and upcoming owner of Integrity Electric $1900 worth of business and I even tipped the whole crew and himself since I felt they did a great job. My issue was one of the outlets I paid to be fixed had power, but I wasn’t getting power to the other 3 outlets in the same circuit. I reached out to Matthew through text and email and he never bothered to respond in over a month. I finally called and he answered and he said he would get back to me although he never did. I finally reached out again and he finally said he would have one of his guys stop by. His worker Justin is awesome and was able to see that it was just an outlet that needed to be installed to complete the circuit to the other outlets. (Took 5 min to find the i

My utility pole on my property rotted and needed to be replaced, I called a few places many of which didn’t install the poles themselves and would need it installed prior to them showing up. I called Integrity and spoke to Mathew and within an hour he was able to come over and give me a free estimate. Within 10 minutes of looking at it all he immediately knew what had to be done and with some back and forth between us we figured out I wasn’t a professional pole installer or electrician. With a quote and a plan we were able to get the permitting done and the next day the pole/new panel installed. Mathew sent over Rob and Justin who worked in the rain and the summer heat tirelessly. Matt and his crew did a great job on my shop project. Great communication and attention to details. They were accommodating as we made plenty of changes and additions throughout the project. They installed bay lights, outlets, switches, panels, underground wire, the whole 9 yards! I highly recommend!
