I wish there was a way to give this company a 10-star review. I googled garage door repairs in Virginia Beach area and another company popped up.. I reached out to that company they came out and they truly try to upsell me on the highest and device and setup for my home. On Saturday morning I then reached out to integrity garage door repair and asked if they could come out either that day or the next day and they came out Sunday morning. Immediately upon arriving the gentleman identified some issues with the existing system including the sensors being backwards and other shortages that were causing the issues. My garage door would not fully close so I called Integrity Garage Door Repair. They were able to get me in that day, and at a convenient time. The technician, Zack, did a great job in installing a new door opener. He explained things along the way and was happy to answer any questions I had. He was very courteous and professional. After installation, he had me download the app and ran through how to control everything through the app, or with the panel in the garage. I would highly recommend them for any garage door needs!

I had an old system with two springs on either side that were causing issues every time it opened and closed. Zach came out and fixed it with an updated spring system in no time at all. He also did two quick tweak-fixes to the garage door opener that I had previously DIYed. I'm very satisfied with the price and service, Zach did a great job.
