Integrity heating and air

Besides waiting 1 and a half months for my ac while temps were the hottest all summer, they tore up my new lvp flooring in 3 different places. They said they would fix it. They sent a man out he came back with a putty kit, couldn't match it, said he would be back. I haven't heard from them. UPDATE the owner of the company called me, he was so nice and ask what he could do to make this right. He's getting back with me about getting the floor fixed and explained the warehouse was the delay. I'd suggest he use more than 1 supplier to avoid this in the future and be more careful while getting the equipment in the house. He does have better prices than some of the other companies here and he does care about his customers.

Integrity was assigned our home warranty claim by American Home Shield. The issue was resolved the same day. Having had 210 Warranty and First American, I must give props to AHS for being prompt in getting the claim assigned so quickly. Of even more importance is that Michael with Integrity was the most professional, considerate and efficient HVAC contractor I've had in any of my homes in the 25 years that I've lived in Hot Springs. He had to diagnose the incorrect wiring of the contractors that had last "repaired" the system.

I highly recommend Mike with Integrity! The name perfectly describes the character, work ethics, honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, and respect for us as customers and the job at hand! We had our HVAC replaced and he did everything as quickly, quietly, and efficiently as possible. We feel very blessed to have received such great service for such an important appliciance for one’s home. Thank you for providing excellent service for us!

Integrity professional team came out to our commercial property and did a fantastic job! They were prompt, knowledgeable about the problem and educated our office leaders on the new HVAC and it’s components. We highly recommend.

Nice guy who was sent out but I had a thermostat replaced. The replacent was not the exact match I had and asked for. The configuration was not setup for a heatpump so when winter came another service call had to be made to get heating to work.(another company used) New thermostat also not wired properly so now it only uses batteries and resets all presets every quarter when I change the batteries. There should be a hot wire for power on this. This company has cost me more money than it should. Maybe they do now know Trane equipment but I am frustrated with their work every couple months now do to the poor quality of work.
