We had Joe out to inspect our gas insert and perform a cleaning / general maintenance. Excellent experience all around - easy to schedule the visit, arrived on-time, took care with drop cloths & vacuum to minimize the mess, and performed a very thorough service & cleaning. Joe and Jason from Integrity Home and Chimney are true professionals. On day 1 they conducted a detailed multi hour inspection of our chimney, fireplace and furnace with photographs. They provided a detailed written estimate and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed. They replaced the chimney, installed a stainless steel sleeve in the flue, and added a custom made cap. The finished job looks great and cleanup was second to none. These guys know their business and treat you like you’re their only customer. We highly recommend them to anyone.
