Extremely disappointed! My wife called on Tuesday, April 28th and left a message that we need a simple repair in the bathroom at our cottage, and that it wasnt an emergency. She was told someone would be in touch within a couple days. Today, May 1st at noon I called to tell the answering service that no one had returned our call from Tuesday and she assured me that i'd get a call back today within THIRTY minutes of our call. NO CALL, NO BUSINESS!
We had a very positive experience. We needed some work done and they came within one day. Very helpful customer service. I would recommend them.
These guys are professional and have some of the best rates on fuel around. The customer service and call back time is excellent. Would definitely recommend!
