Integrity Kitchen & Bath

We hired Integrity to remodel 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Long negative review ahead. Do not work with this company. As the saying goes, they will pee on your leg and tell you it’s raining. Note that I offered Ben (the owner) the chance to read this review before I posted it. He refused, stating, “I think I know where we went wrong”- so none of the below will be a shock. In no particular order: Integrity has incredibly poor communication. From the planning/design phase, to ordering, to installation, it was hard to get any clear answers, especially regarding payment and pricing. The invoices make no sense. During the months the job went on, Ben ignored almost every phone call, voicemail, and text. He is usually MIA. We had to learn the hard way that they can’t work unsupervised. Babysitt

Just a disaster. Absolutely nothing was ordered properly, and nothing fit when it arrived. Non-existent follow-up, and here we are four months after the scheduled project completion date, and things are still not completed. I wonder how Ben stays in business, as it's the most poorly run business I've experienced in quite some time. Contractors will tell you to run, don't walk, away from this business.

I have had Integrity Kitchen and Bath to my home several times. I have had three bathroom refreshers which has included new counters, sinks, faucets and other upgrades. I was delighted with all of it. I appreciated the attention to detail and the quality customer service. As a result, I have decided to go with this company for a full kitchen renovation. Working with Ben and Jordan has been a delight.

We met with Serena when picking out our granite for our new house. She was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Integrity Stone to anyone looking to install granite. The day the cabinets were installed Integrity Stone came out to make the template. Within 3 days the granite was installed with absolutely no flaws. We will use them soon to do the 2 vanities in our bathroom. Jason & Lianne

Integrity Kitchen & Bath did an excellent job with the layout, design and installation of our new kitchen and dry bar. Ben was a pleasure to work with - he brought innovative ideas, listened to our goals, and used his experience to create a beautiful, inviting kitchen that exceeded our expectations. He combined stunning lighted glass cabinetry with the functionality of a large island to accommodate plenty of seating, prep space and storage. We enjoyed meeting in the large & well-stocked Integrity Kitchen showroom to make our selections, and appreciated Ben's knowledge and guidance including his spot-on recommendation for funiture style cabinetry in our guest bathroom and master bedroom.
