Our first experience with KRB was over 30 years ago. Since that time they have done numerous projects for us both in our home and in my professional office space. Every project has been beautifully done, and the entire team is trustworthy, professional and extremely responsive. I contacted KRB because I was in desperate need of a functional kitchen. My home was built in 1974 and its cabinets were old and dilapidated. I couldn't entertain because the open space in the middle of my kitchen was wasted and left people standing against the very little counter space I had. And there was just not enough storage. Just not practical. KRB addressed EVERY issue effectively AND in a cost-effective manner! They were professional, and pleasant! It was such an amazing experience getting to be a part of the entire process along the way and KNOW that I was getting a quality renovation. Everybody involved was courteous and professional. KRB Kitchen & Bath is Best in Class! I found KRB via internet searches for kitchen designers in Portsmouth and quickly determined I wanted to meet with them. We contacted the company and the owner, Kevin, came for an on sight visit. Kevin took pictures and asked for our concerns and wishes. I knew before he left, we were moving forward with KRB. We had several meetings to determine designs and budget and also determined we would have 2 phases for our remodel. Phase I included the complete remodel of the kitchen, creating an entry...which created an office that needed built ins, finishing the floors, crown molding, creating a luxury bathroom out of 2 smaller bathrooms and so much more. KRB started my first floor remodel Tuesday, major change, taking out walls and floo I was prepared for the worse and I am pleasantly surprised… the team is efficient, hard working, concentrated and well managed. Communications is extraordinary both in person and via their powerful online portal. They clean up every night giving us access to that part of the house. KBR has been fabulous - starting from our designer Meagan Miller who listened to our ideas and produced a perfect design to our construction leader Keith and finally our on site project manager Erika and his team!
