Integrity Laminate Flooring

I purchased a home and step 1 was getting the flooring replaced. The pricing was extremely reasonable. They were FAST, too. They did about 900 Sq. Ft. in around 7 hours. Carpet AND tile removal, grinding, leveling the floor, installation, and trim. My only issue is they did put some planks down where the pattern repeated in clusters. There's 4-6 blanks in our bedroom that are all identical all grouped together. It would be cool if the planks had more variety in patterns to help prevent things like this. Even in our hallway, there's one section with 7 identical planks set together. That said, you don't notice unless you look for it, and it's EXTREMELY affordable. Easily 30% less than big box store brands for the same overall product quality.

This is our second floor that we have done with Integrity Laminate Flooring. The process and professionalism from the showroom to the installation is unparalleled in my opinion. They let you bring home samples to try in your own home to make the best decision possible. Free estimates and measurements are done. Installers were professional and very polite. They completed the project in about 5 hours and cleaned up the entire mess. Very easy process from start to finish and the installed price advertised makes it easy as well. No surprises! I highly recommend this company!

While the flooring company excelled in securing my business initially, the post-sales support has been unsatisfactory. Despite reaching out for necessary repairs, they consistently avoid responding to my messages, even after viewing them. Additionally, it's concerning that they resort to deleting negative reviews, hindering transparency and accountability in customer feedback.

The word integrity in their name is a joke. They laid a floor down in our home over an area that should have been prepped first. We didn't know this, not being floor experts. Water seeped through the floor, we didn't ask them to do anything but reinstall our floor back down after we had a sub floor put in. Owner Randy said ok, and when we were ready to have the floor put back they said they are not going to do it. So the moral of the story is they do not stand behind their promises and they are liars. We paid someone else to take care of it. Buyer beware.
