I was so impressed by the level of customer service and communication. I called after hours and Monica returned my call promptly the next morning. We set up a time for her to come out and she texted to let me know her ETA. She fixed my door quickly and efficiently. And she's great to talk to to boot! I highly recommend Integrity Locksmith!

I needed a number of locks rekeyed for my business and a security lock installed. Monica was not only on-time, but exceptionally professional, obviously experienced, and helped ensure that the job I needed done today was done to the highest level while showing me ways that I could secure my location in the future. I love supporting local companies - the service you get is so much higher quality than the big box retail stores or the larger chains. Monica didn't make me feel like a number, or even a customer -- but a client and friend.

They were awesome!! Monica is extremely friendly and knowledgeable with 20 years experience.She and her assistant opened 2 broken locks so fast that another guy struggled for hours and still could not open. I have scheduled her to come out and change my back door locks. She even made additional keys and adjusted my door to how I opened it. The door was not hung correctly.She also made additional keys. This was additional but totally worth it. Now my front door locks and unlocks so smoothly. 7/19/2019 Monica came back to our scheduled appoint today to put on another lock and a new lock box. The lock box was a great idea!!! Her idea for someone who locks herself out often or kids that forget keys. It is high quality. She does it quickly and makes sure everything works smoothly. Quick, attentive to detail and very professional. Integrity Locksmith provided me with the information I required to feel confident with deadbolts that I choose for my house.
