The professional, friendly, informative team at Intregity Plumbing found the problem with my line, replaced the pump, explained the problem to me in laymen terms so I understood the details involved and corrected my water issues in a timely, manner. Working with them was a breeze - their office staff was also lovely!

We received same day service. Tom was awesome. He was on time, professional, polite and friendly. He crawled under the house in search of a propane leak without complaint. Not a fun job. He eventually found the leak. We are very satisfied. We have used Integrity before, they will be our go to plumbers if we need one again.

Kim helped get me scheduled as soon as she could, was super helpful and kind. Edwin is amazing! Cannot say enough good about him! Super nice, prompt, kind, patient ( listened to me ramble on), absolutely knows what he’s doing and goes above and beyond to help! Can I give more than 5 stars?

I gave this 2 stars instead of one because the people including repair man were so nice. We had to have a second company come and fix the repairs done. The drain leak was still there and the toilet still leaked. We were told twice we bought a cheap Amazon faucet and it would probably leak, the faucet was fine but the new drain leaked. We chose the faucet we wanted and had Amazon’s top rating, lots of good reviews and $100 faucet is not cheap, maybe just my opinion though.

Tom is a true professional. Does flawless work. Put in two vanities and had to reroute entire drain systems and they came out perfect - Since this last review - Tom installed a new Water Heater - and water filtration system for us. He has also installed a new kitchen sink and Faucet. We couldn't be more happy with him and his exceptional work - Such attention to detail...Today Edwin came out and unclogged our sewer line. We were in Dier Straits and he got the job done so quick. We use these guys so much we're thinking of building a guest house for them. Thank you Kim for all you do for us. Keep up the good work.
