Started out pretty disappointed and confused with this company. Had someone come out to give us an estimate for multiple items to include toilet swaps, relocating a toilet to opposite wall in bathroom, sump pump update/re-route, laundry bucket drain install, routing new eater lines for a sink, hooking up a water softener, relocating a water meter, installing a shut off valve on the main incoming water line, and fixing a leak on the sewer drain where the toilets connect. After we figure out our budget and prioritized what we needed done first, we asked them to come out and focus on the toilet swap, leak and an additional minor leak on a whole house filter connection (drip once about every 2 minutes). I needed work done on 2 of my shower shut off valves (1 was immediate need / the other i requested, to prevent another immediate need) I regret not getting the name of the gentleman who did the work. He was very knowledgeable and got me back to working order. Very fair and reasonable rates for the work completed. I will be using Integrity Plumbing Solutions in the future.

We used them through our home warranty, after multiple attempts of having other companies come out to unclog our drain without success. Very knowledgeable, respectful of your home and explained to us what the problem was and how to fix it completely moving forward. Very happy with the service and will be using them again!
