Marcos and his crew were awesome from start to finish. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They protected everything around the house before they began working and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Pricing was also very reasonable. They are coming back to do an addition for me as well. I had a new roof installed by IRCS about 2.5 years ago, and the quality of their work has held up beautifully. As I'm no selling my home, the inspector found a small issue--nothing major-- and I reached out to Marcos, who handled the original install. Marcos responded immediately and cam out right away to take care of the issue. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. It's rare to find a company--and a person--who stands by their work years later with this level of care and responsiveness. I couldn't be happier with the service I received then and now. Integrity Roofing Claims service was referred to me by two of my Physician Assistants who had their roofs replaced. They were so pleased with Integrity that they insisted I give them a call. I contacted Integrity RCS with the intention of just having a couple shingles that had blown off my roof replaced. Marcos, the owner, came out the following day. After he inspected my roof, he informed me that I had more damage than just a couple of shingles missing. He informed me that I had hail damage. He took pictures of the damage and showed me. Initially the insurance company denied the claim but after a re-inspection was requested, they approved the claim. Marcos told me that he would put more hail resistant Category 3 shingles on the roof along with synthetic underlayment instead of the typical

Marcos was referred to me by a friend and I certainly wasn’t disappointed! We had to reschedule because of rain, and this was communicated so I knew exactly what was expected and when. The crew did a great job and Marcos followed up with a video of the new roof, and attended to some cosmetic issues per my request. He went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough.
