Integrity/Payne roofing installed a new roof in July. 3 months later, it leaked. The owner came out to our home and offered to repair drywall damage in our garage caused by the leak. After repairing the leak on the roof, we were then told by the owner that he was NOT going to repair the drywall because he claimed that his work didn't cause the leak. He said he had photos of what did, but he never showed them to us. So not only did they do an unsatisfactory job of putting on a new roof, the owner went back on a handshake agreement (and his word) to repair drywall that was damaged by the leak. In short, don't hire Integrity/Payne roofing.

Integrity Roofing lived up to their name. Ira and the team were very responsive. We asked for different options up front before making a design and they were so willing to work with us. Treated us like we were a big huge client. We felt they really cared regardless of the size of the job. Once we signed the quote they were out the next day and finished the job in 2 days. They cleaned up our property when they were finished and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Dave

I called Integrity Roofing and scheduled an estimate for the following day. I received a confirmation email the day of the call. The next day, I receive a call from the estimator stating that he's on his way and will be there soon. All pretty standard stuff. When the estimator does get to my home, it gets a little weird. He not call or text me, much less knock on the door to let me know he's there, his footsteps on the roof are the only notice I get. He is also parked directly in my driveway (generally recognized by most contractors as a "dick move"). He also left without notifying me, I have received exactly zero response from either the estimator or Integrity Roofing. Weird.

Integrity was wonderful and the price was really great. They were very professional and did a terrific job. We had quite a few broken tiles that had to be replaced but you can't even tell because they did such a great job blending them in with the other tiles. They also related our walk deck of our master bedroom and did a great job there. After it was done, I find a few bubbles up against the wall where the door opens. They were out the next day to make sure everything was perfect.

I’ve been a satisfied Integrity Roofing customer for many years, inclusive of the previous and now current owner, Steve Payne. His conscientious employees do excellent work at a fair price. Our most recent interaction was our annual roof inspection (covered by their excellent warranty), conducted by a relatively new employee, Ira Latham. He was professional and personable. I remain impressed with this excellent, reliable company.
