We purchased a completely new system from Integrity in 2021, and although I don’t usually write reviews, they truly deserve one. Since the installation, they’ve also handled all of our maintenance, and over the years I’ve consistently been impressed with their service and professionalism. One thing I really appreciate is how easy they make communication—they send text reminders for maintenance, and I can even schedule appointments through text, which is incredibly convenient. Because of how great our experience has been, I also signed up for Integrity to maintain my mom’s unit at her home. After working with them for several years now, I can confidently say they’re reliable, responsive, and a company I trust.

A genuine pleasure to work with everyone associated with Integrity Services. The sales guy, Brian, was courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly patient answering all my questions. The installation team, Bill and Dan, showed up right on time and did a superb job getting everything up and running for us ... and in less time than expected. I didn't get her name, but the lady in the office was also very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Oh by the way, the product seems to be as good as advertised and expected as well!

We got a new Trane HVAC system and new duct work done under our crawl space. Bo & Slater did a GREAT job with the install. They worked hard and did a GREAT job on both. I would highly recommend Integrity to anyone needing a brand new system and duct work.

Had a new furnace and A/C installed for the upstairs. Technicians were very professional, polite, knowledgeable. They cleaned up after they were done. They were patient with my multiple questions. Strongly recommend this company UPDATE Just had the downstairs unit serviced with a maintenance inspection. The technician (Paden ) did an excellent job. Again, highly recommend this company
