I had never heard of Integrity Solutions, but when my furnace stopped working in Feb. I looked up some HVAC places, and threw a dart. I talked with Tori on the phone. She was helpful and prompt, and had Cody way out to our place quickly, in the snow. Cody was professional and knowledgeable, made some recommendations, and had us thawing out in no time. Integrity. It's all in the name. I'd use them again.

Justin came to look at our furnace and found the batteries on the thermostat needed to be replaced. He changed the batteries, checked the furnace, changed the filters, and educated me on the condition and how it worked. He let me know there was still some life to the furnace. There was no charge to the house call. I will be contacting Integrity Solutions when it comes time to replace our furnace. Thank you!
