The two guys who came to clean out my sewer main were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and the tools they used and they did get the drain cleared out, however, when it came to my personal property such as my chest freezer in the basement and my water softener that were near the drain clean out, not much care was taken. My freezer has multiple dents in it from the cable used to run down the drain, and my very expensive water softener is very beat up and marked up and kinda looks like crap now... also, they tracked mud and water all thru my house and down the stairs when shoe covers would have been an easy fix. I did have to ask them to clean up the mess they made as well vs being something that they offered to do.

We were experiencing air in our water line. Jason and Ethan were able to come the same day I called Landmark. They diagnosed the problem quickly and came back the next day with all the tools/equipment (new pump, pipes) needed. They arrived on time, it took exactly the amount of time they predicted and were respectful and polite throughout.

We always turn to Landmark for our furnace maintenance. The guys are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Have never had to wait for them to run to Kemmerer when we need them. In fact, they made a special trip see the problem, made sure the furnace was ok until part came in. The part came quickly, was installed and furnace maintained. Jason has been our guy for 2 years now, and we always like catching up with him. We like to have our furnace looked over and maintained every year so we are confident making it through another Wyoming winter. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t be happier with Landmarks service. Another plumbing company had come by and denied service due to “liability” reasons. Landmark came right over, looked at pictures I had of the issue, and had a crew here the very next morning to start working on it without a single concern. They had the entire job done in 3 hours and it went flawlessly. The crew communicated what they were doing and what the plan was and happily answered all my questions. And honestly the bill was a pleasant surprise. They saved me a ton of stress and allowed the sale of our house to remain on schedule.

Response was fast, about 2 hours after my call They were courteous and efficient in clearing my drain and gave me preventive advice as well as an estimate for a separate plumbing issue. Cost was a little less than competitors estimate I will use Landmark again
