Intelco of Delaware valley

I just had a gorgeous kitchen counter purchased, fabricated and installed by Intelco, and it is perfect! So pleased!! I worked with Sam Marino, who spent time going over my kitchen design and reviewed various options with me at their showroom. He is wonderful! My counter is quartz, and I also purchased the sink from Intelco, and they did the undermount. No problems, great communication, highly recommend!

I ordered a laminate countertop from Home Depot for a studio apartment in Philadelphia. Intelco was the fabricator. The guy that came out to measure was complaining before he even got to the apartment, because it was on the 3rd floor. He said that the top could only be delivered to the first floor and that I would have to get it up to the apartment myself. Afterwards, Intelco would come back to install it!! When the final quote was received, Intelco added $400 to the quote for an "extra" man to carry the counter up to the 3rd floor. Although, I don't mind paying a reasonable fee for an "extra" man, $400 is OUTRAGEOUS for 10 minutes worth of work!! This fee is more than 1/3 the cost of the entire job. Company is a contractor with my local Home Depot. We used Home Depot's Design Services to redo part of our kitchen that included a small countertop area over our sink. Intelco called us over 2 months ago and after leaving one message never answered our phone calls and never called us back. Now at time of kitchen cabinet install Intelco is telling us the process to install a countertop is drastically different than what the contract we signed through Home Depot States. They are refusing to come out without taking measurements to create a template to create our countertop when Home Depot assured us that they had already acquired measurements for the countertop area that would be sent to intelco. As a result we will be going multiple days without a functioning kitchen. Intelco refuses to acce

Do not use these guys. They used a crowbar to remove old countertops. They misaligned our cabinets by doing so. Then we were told to fix it ourseleves did that and now they are charing us a fee of $504 to level it even though it is in 1/4th of an inch for 3 cm Granite and will not cut out our sink even though we paid it through home depot. My countertop is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! The faucet holes are too close, and when the guy came to my house, he told me to cover it up and he would drill another hole. Also, the hole is too small for the faucet to fit neatly in the hole, so there is space between the counter and the faucet. I was told there would not be a seam in my countertop, guy, what, it came with a seam. The measurement was wrong as the guys had to squeeze the stove between the countertops. If I were to buy another stove, who knows if it would fit? The guy never asked me what type of overlay I wanted, and being that it is my first countertop purchase, I didn't know what it meant on the work order. I absolutely DO NOT like the sharknose. This purchase has been hell, and as I am writing this review, none of my problems has
