I had an emergency with my AC drain line and Chris and his team were really proactive. They were here the day after our initial call and after that everything was fixed really quick. They did an amazing job with the drywall and painting. Also, Chris was able to help me with my insurance claim to be approved.

In today’s day in age excellent customer service is hard to come by. However, Mario and Chris from Intelligent Contracting Group, Inc. (ICG) truly exceeded my expectations. They arrived at my home at the appointed time, communicated with me every step of the way when they were in route, repaired my water damage ceiling in my guest bedroom from a roof leak and made sure the repair was to my satisfaction. Not to mention, as an added bonus I received a courtesy gift from ICG for being a valued customer. So, if your ever in need of mitigation services definitely seek out ICG. ICG responded promptly to our request for a quote. They gave us a fair estimate at putting our basement back together after recent flooding from the hurricane. Managing commercial properties is a big job. There are lots of contractors that come and go. I have been using ICG for several years now, for a variety of services, and no longer worry if my contractor will come through. Chad and Chris never disappoint.
