Intellikey Locksmith

I called this company to get Locksmith services scheduled. They told me they were way too busy that day and that I should call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. I said I wasn't in a rush and I could do it whenever it worked for them. So they told me the next day at 11am would work, so we set it up. Next day, I am sitting at the location where I needed services at 11:30 and no one had shown up. I called them to check in and it was clear and obvious the scheduler forgot to even put me on the schedule. But the 1-star review isn't because of the mistake. It's because they didn't take any ownership of the fact that this was their fault or do anything to fix it. So what did they tell me to do... Call Peter with All Star Locksmiths. We needed a key cut and programmed for our Land Rover and were referred to Philip by a dealership. He was very informative, courteous, and reasonable. I definitely recommend using him for any of your needs.

Phillip rescued the day...Or night i should say! He personally came out to help me on a Sunday night when I had locked my keys in my trunk, not even the fire department could help and it literally took him 10 minutes tops! Could not ask for a better experience! Not only did he fix my issue but he showed me how to do it myself incase it happens again! Can't thank you enough Phillip!

I called and a real person answered, no voicemail! Philip was professional, friendly and was able to come quickly and repair my ignition lock, so I didn't have to tow my vehicle! His prices are great, he showed up on time, did great work and was very knowledgeable and experienced - definitely not his first rodeo.
