Colby was wonderful to work with from design to finish. He brought our unusual idea to have a swimming lane along with our traditional pool to life in an aesthetic way. Even when pollen & dirt discolored the plaster, he was very responsive and had the plaster acid washed. We love our pool and we get so many compliments on it. We also love having Brendan service our pool weekly. He is knowledgeable and thorough and keeps it looking like it's brand new!

They all said that the engineering, access and design of even a simple pool would be challenging. One designer even told us that it was not possible to put a pool in our yard. Verde saw us through an incredibly difficult backyard project, and we're very grateful for how they handled it. After breaking ground, digging the pool, and pouring gunite, the city came back and RESCINDED our previously approved permit and inspection (not due to any issue with Verde, but because the city realized we're on the 100 year flood plain and whoever approved it wasn't supposed to in the first place). So they forced us to halt construction and go back and forth with FEMA and the city for 8 months before finally allowing us to continue. Verde had already spent funds of their own on our project since it was progressing normally until then, and they were incredibly patient during the long hiatus, despite having skin in the game. Just completed our pool build and backyard makeover done by Verde! Colby & Rance were amazing to work with every step of the way. Coming up with a unique design that highlighted certain unique aspects of our house, keepign us informed throughout the construction proecess! All of their crews are top notch, professional and best at their craft. Can't recommend them enough! There is areason they are winning awards for their work.
