From the very first call, the person handling the phone was incredibly professional, helpful, and patient even when I had to reschedule a couple of times due to changes on my end. They were always accommodating and followed through without issue. Quincy, the technician who came out, was excellent, he took the time to explain things clearly and handled the situation efficiently. This Pest Control Service is THE BEST you will EVER find! I live in a 3-story, multi-unit apartment complex in South Shore, Chicago. I was out of town for 3 weeks and came back to find MICE DROPPINGS in my kitchen! I was disgusted! My building has an exterminator on call but I refused to wait and be bogged down with red tape.
