I cannot say enough great things about Interior Concepts flooring. Gary is great, and is a pleasure to do business with. If I ever have to wait to schedule flooring replacement or repairs (which is not very often) for my community, it might be just an extra day or two max. His guys get the flooring done in a timely manner, and Victor is AWESOME! He can fix a vinyl patch like brand new! I truly enjoy doing business with Interior Concepts, and recommend them to everyone I come across in property management.

This company was the lowest price and it's obvious why. The installation crew took until after 9:30 PM to finish the job. They broke a floor tile, left carpet glue all over the floor, walls, porch, porch rails, and doorknobs. I had to paint after they were done to cover the carpet glue and wall damage. Every time I turn around I find more carpet glue on something that should not have been involved with the install. I still can't figure out how they managed to scuff the door handle, but it won't come off. There were carpet scraps all over the ground and in the bushes. A second visit requesting that they fix all the issues resulted in a new tile, but the carpet glue on the floor had been replaced with grout all over the floor and door. Did a horrible job of installation of 900+#ft of core-tec flooring. Seems not butted tight enough and now three years later suffering the consequent of problems. They took forever doing the job, were very messy and had to have someone else come in to finish flooring. Installing new baseboards didn't even fit to the walls. A horrible job. Had them give money back for baseboards and had to hire someone else to come in and do it correctly. No wonder this company is not BBB accredited. Don't think they even deserve one star.

BEWARE of this company!!!!! THEY ARE A LIABILITY for anyone who hires them. Our apartments hired them to repair a floor in an apartment we share an patio entrance and exit with on the 2nd floor. The men who were working left their tools spread all over the porch right outside our door which is the only way in and out of our apartment. My 13 year old daughter was leaving our apartment and was talking with her brother as she stepped out the door. Her foot was immediately cut open so deep to where the tendon came out of her foot by their tools as they were right in front of our door. I came running and screamed at the men asking why were their tools not in the crate right next to the door they were working at? They didnt speak english so could not give me an explanation. Blood was everywhere

Great workmanship! Had entire house remodeled and Interior Concepts was the flooring sub. They where the best sub on the job. The floors turned the whole job around. Well managed and professional. Helped with the design and answered all the questions I had during the installation process.
