Aquatech has serviced our for 21 years. We have had a number of different people service our pool and spa over that span and they have all been great. Ryan Cervenka has taken care of us for the last seven years. He is always friendly, helpful and responsive to all our needs. Last summer he communicated with us about a problem we had while he was on vacation in Colorado. He knows his stuff and helps us manage the costs of operating and maintaining the pool. I’m so glad we chose Aqua Tech to build our pool! I love my little sanctuary in my back yard! And the best part—my pool came with Curtiss! He is their service guy and let me tell you, every time I have a question or need help with something he either shows up or FaceTimes me and walks me through it. We were having issues with our new pool system and with no help from the person who built the pool for us and a local supply house, we luckily were told about Aquatech pools from a friend. So I reached out to them and from the very first person I talked with to the technician ( Ryan ) who came out and worked on our system. Everyone was amazing!!!!! From struggling to get our pools water chemistry set correctly for months and thousands of dollars waisted on chemicals that were not needed, thanks to that local supply house! We have used Aquatech for just about 10 years and they have been incredible. The company is responsive to our questions and dedicated to service. I left a message for Aquatic Pools and Spa because my spa heater went out. No one ever returned my call, so I ended up scheduling with one of their competitors, who provided excellent same-day service. Over a week or so later, I got a surprise call from one of Aquatic’s technicians saying he was on his way to my house. I told him the issue had already been fixed and there was no need to come to my house. So he did not come to my house. Then, unbelievably, they charged my credit card without my authorization for service they never provided. When I called to discuss it, their service manager, Alli, was argumentative, rude, and completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you expect timely communication, honesty, or basic customer respect.
