Rick was fantastic! He did an amazing job and was able to answer every question. I would highly recommend using them for home inspections. He took his time and met with him at the end of his inspection. He pointed out everything he noticed good and bad. We also liked how detailed the final report was with pictures and explanations. Leaving the appointment he offered to answer any and all questions if we had any afterwards. I would say they went above and beyond and outstanding customer service. Thank you for doing a great job for us!

This team instructed one of the courses in the First Time Home Buyers class. After seeing the detail in their presentation I knew this was who would be doing my home inspection. They made the process super easy. Everything was handled through email and their website. I do wish I could have seen a preview of the inspection report before being required to pay, but I can understand their reluctance to just hand that over without getting their compensation first. I thought the address was wrong for our property (it turns out the county road is kind of messed up in that it is spelled one way on a road sign down the street and another way on the other end), and I called them and they changed my address quickly right there on the spot. Very friendly and personable over the phone.
