Intermountain Wood Flooring

Purchased Sante Fee French Oak Yucca flooring mid last year thru R&V Tile, they ordered the product from Intermoutain Wood Flooring, this company will not stand by any warranties on the product. I have chips on the flooring, they say its the installers fault even though they only started chipping off 3 months after installation. Now we have a board peeling apart in the middle of our living space, and I am told its not covered because I use a steam mop for cleaning. Its basically a damp rag so I don't have to be on my hands and needs cleaning the floor. Be weary when buying from this company and think twice about this specific product. It looks beautiful but it does not hold up. Its been installed since June of 2022 we have multiple chips and holes. We do not wear shoes in our house and

They had what I needed. Service was quick and easy.
